Trick Shot Privacy Policy
This policy covers Trick Shot – Ball on Android and iOS, including its cloud account, gems, Aim Assist, lives, purchases and ads. Contact berkay.ozkaya.yedek@gmail.com for privacy questions.
Account and game data
When you sign in with Google or Apple, Supabase stores an account identifier and the information supplied by your sign-in provider, which may include your name, email address or Apple's private relay address. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
We associate your account with your level, lives and refill times, gems, Aim Assist balance, tutorial progress, reward-ad progress and limited-offer status. Supabase stores this data so the game can save progress and maintain your balance across sessions. The game keeps session credentials in the Android keystore or iOS keychain and uses local storage for preferences and pending purchase recovery.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, the game account identifier and related store/device information. Supabase stores transaction references and gem delivery records. These records deliver purchases, restore eligible No Ads purchases and prevent duplicate credits. Gems are consumable virtual items.
Advertising and diagnostics
Google AdMob and its consent system may process IP addresses, approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and operate the service. The game records completed rewarded ads to apply the reward limit. Precise GPS location, contacts, photos and microphone access are not required by the game.
Advertising behavior depends on platform permissions, region and your consent choices. Where available, use Settings → Privacy Options to change ad-consent choices. On iOS, tracking permissions can also be changed in the device's Privacy & Security settings. Declining tracking permission does not prevent gameplay.
Providers and sharing
We use Supabase for account and game storage, RevenueCat for purchase management, and Google AdMob for advertising. Apple and Google also process sign-in and store transactions under their own policies. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your account email or cloud game progress.
Retention and account deletion
Account and cloud game data are retained while the account exists. To delete them, use Settings → Cloud Account → Delete Account or the Trick Shot account-deletion page. Deletion removes your Supabase account and cloud progress, balances and game transaction records, and requests erasure of your RevenueCat customer record. It is permanent.
Apple and Google retain their own store purchase history. Providers may retain records they are legally required to keep or aggregate information that no longer identifies you. Account deletion does not reverse a store payment. Refund requests must be made through the relevant store. Apple users can also remove Trick Shot under Apple Account → Sign in with Apple.
Your choices
You can sign out, change advertising choices, or request access, correction and deletion of your account data using the contact address above. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request. The game is not designed specifically for children; parents or guardians can contact us about a child's data.
